yogaFLO mindful movement: Dynamic yoga which is the culmination of the integrity of alignment from lyengar and the mindful low movement of Ashtanga, using both movement and stillness as we engage the body through broadening and lengthening, timed with the breath to create stability and ease.

TGIFLO WILDCARD: TGIF! Finish your work week with this wildcard class… could be cycle, could be kettle, could be wave… or could be a combo of all…you never know! You can voice your weekly requests in person or via the FLO group Facebook page.
cycleFLO: A combination of intervals, speed and hill training on stationary bikes (spin bikes) set to music for the cycling enthusiast or anyone who likes to sweat and get an intense cardio workout.
rowFLO: Our unique format of IndoRow, rowFLO captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute.
FLOathalon: A spin on the triathlon, this 901 minute class provides 3 continuous and sequential 30 minute blocks of endurance disciplines (row, cycle, run). Participate in any or all blocks.
rowFLOexpress: 30 minute (express) rowFLO.
stepFLO: Form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step.
yogaFLOsculpt: This class varies between the fusion of yoga with TRX, row, BOSU, etc.
kettleFLO: Ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. KettleFLO offers a different kind of training, using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness.
bodyFLO: Work your entire body with low weight/high rep strength training via weighted bars and hand weights. Feel the burn in this sculpting total body workout.

waveFLO: HIIT based cirvuit class utilizing water rowers, weights, boss, plyo, try, VIPR, etc.
cycleFLOcore: A fusion class of cycleFLO and core work.
release&relax (R&R): 30 minute class focused solely on myofascial release and deep stretching. This class is great for anyone, from the athlete, to those with overly tight muscles, to someone just beginning and exercise routine.
TRXpress: TRX class done in a condensed format to fit your busy schedule. class will be between 40 to 45 minutes.
